We’ve partnered with Edwards Construction Services on this frame that will use reclaimed Southern Yellow Pine, and will resemble a traditional gambrel barn with a steel frame roof structure/enclosure. Located in a retirement community, the project will serve as the theater entrance. 504 reclaimed Southern Yellow Pine timbers, or about 12,100 bd feet will be used to craft the frame. Each timber will have a chain sawn texture, deep stain, and fire resistant coating applied.
