We'll be raising this Douglas fir frame for Kevin and Karen's home, playfully titled the "House on the Hill" the week of December 10, 2012. Situated on a steeply sloped site, the grade changes 60 feet from the garage to the back yard. The hybrid home was designed in partnership with S. Mitchell Hodge, AIA from Homestead Concepts/Architecture and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, in the approximately 2600 sq ft.
