Tanya and Brian enjoy some great cheese sent to us by Annelies & John of SD, along with this note:
"New Energy Crew, thanks for your hospitality and help last week. We now have faces for our project. The 2 days were worth the trip and we were pleasantly surprised by Central New York. Enjoy the cheese. It was all made at the factory started by my grandfather over 80 years ago. The milk is from our cows."
